Work of this Contract comprises renovation of the building envelope of the Dairy Building of Dalhousie University, located at 11 Sipu Awti Road, Truro, Nova Scotia. Work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, replacement of exterior windows and doors, cleaning, repointing, and selective replacement of brick masonry, and selective replacement of mechanical equipment.
