Dalhousie University is inviting Proponents having experience in design and construction of new and existing Institutional Facilities, to provide proposals for a design-build partner for the new Physical Science Facility for Green Energy Innovation. The Project is to be delivered via Progressive-Design-Build (PDB) approach. It is Dalhousie University’s intent to engage and foster a collaborative PDB process to successfully deliver this project on schedule and on budget. The project will adhere to Dalhousie’s BIM Requirement (Appendix I) Specification for design and construction.
