Dalhousie University’s goal is to select a solution that will improve the efficiency of the overall travel process expense claim and payment process, including: requesting a travel advance; completing and submitting a travel expense claim; and disbursement of payment to the traveler.  We expect that an integrated system will:  utilize automated workflow;
eliminate duplication of data entry; reduce the payment cycle for expense claims; and allow for in depth reporting and analysis. As Value-Added features, Dalhousie University is interested in a system that provides the option to
integrate booking travel with the processing of expense claims to reduce duplication and end-to-end processing time.
