The project scope of work is the re-roofing of the D- Building at Dalhousie University. This is a 5 storey building with the first 3 floors built circa 1948 of reinforced concrete, including the exterior walls. In 1975 two storeys were added with a structural steel frame and concrete block at the exterior walls. The D Building is not sprinklered and joins several University buildings. The project involves re-roofing the roof of the 5th floor.
