The overall scope of this Project is the renovation of the basement level of the Forrest Building and surrounding grounds. This work includes interior demolition, new concrete floor slab, new finishes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing. Around the exterior it includes foundation waterproofing, windows, civil and landscaping. This work is to be phased in 2027 with Phase 2 in the months April to September 2027, and Phase 3 in September to December 2027.
