The South East Corner (SEC) project will procure design consulting services to replace the University of King’s College Gymnasium with a new multi-purpose facility in a two-phase procurement strategy. Phase one will be to create a shortlist of qualified proponents using a Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ). The shortlisted proponents will then be asked to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP). One proponent will then be awarded an RAIC-6 contract with the University for design services for the complete project.
