The Owner is seeking to replace its existing two datacenters located on campus with main and secondary colocation datacenters. The Owner is soliciting proposals for provision of services for geographically separate main and secondary colocation datacenters. This Request for Proposal will be for colocation services only; all computer and networking equipment and software will be supplied by the Owner.
