Dalhousie University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the implementation of an Enterprise Case Management solution across multiple units across the institution including Student affairs, Housing and campus connection, Human Rights & Equity Services (HRES), International Center, Academic Integrity / Senate Discipline. The solution should streamline case intake, workflow automation, reporting, compliance, and integration with Dalhousie systems.  This solution will be a SaaS (Software as a Service) product.
