The project scope of work is to fit up the remainder of the 3rd floor of the Steele Ocean Sciences Building. This will involve minor demolition of some of the existing office area as well as new office spaces, a Conference Room and a laboratory. The existing building has mechanical and electrical system infrastructure that will be tied into for this project. The SOSB is a LEED Silver building. All materials and methods for this project are to meet or exceed LEED sustainability standards.
