This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Dalhousie University (“University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution for Dalhousie University, as further described in Section B.1 of Appendix B (the “Deliverables”).

Dalhousie University is seeking proposals for a single, cloud-based integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that includes, at a minimum, Finance, Human Capital Management and Student Information System modules. The project is intended to modernize and streamline core University operations through a scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform that supports Dalhousie University’s current and future institutional needs, including data-informed decision-making, workflow automation, and responsible AI-enabled functionality.
