Work of this Contract comprises interior renovations, exterior envelope modifications and HVAC upgrades of the Dalhousie Boulden Building, Located at 110 River Road, Bible Hill, Nova Scotia. The primary focus of the project includes fit-up of a new Feral Cat Processing Area and Surgical Suite within the North-West corner of the existing building, including new HVAC service. The building will remain occupied throughout the duration of the works.
